VAT status

KPS is not currently VAT registered and does not add VAT to its own professional fees. Third-party charges may attract VAT.

KPS maintains professional indemnity insurance in accordance with applicable SRA requirements. For the name and contact details of our current insurer and the territorial coverage of our policy, please contact us by email. We can provide this information in writing.
